FlowSense (hereinafter referred to as "We") highly values your personal information and privacy protection. Core Commitment: We will NEVER sell, trade, or leak your personal physiological characteristic data (such as brainwaves) to any unaffiliated third parties.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Used for account authentication.
Physiological and Device Data: When connecting to a Bluetooth device, we receive and process weak brainwave signals (such as Alpha/Theta waves) solely to provide you with relaxation analysis and focus references.
Device and Log Information: Used to ensure the stable operation of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide you with core services such as hardware connection and brainwave data visualization. Generate exclusive health reports via encryption algorithms on your local device or in the cloud.

3. Explanation of Permission Requests

Bluetooth Permission: Used only to search for and connect to dedicated EEG hardware devices.
Calendar Permission: Requires full calendar read/write access to automatically add sleep course schedules to your system reminders and delete old reminders when you modify your plan. We promise to only read and manage events created by this App via specific markers, and will NEVER collect or upload any of your other private schedules.
Camera and Photo Library Permissions: Used to take or select a photo to set your user avatar.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your physiological data is primarily stored locally on your device. Some encrypted data used for cross-device synchronization will be retained on the server until you actively request its deletion. High-strength encryption technology is used throughout the transmission process.

5. Your Rights and Account Deletion (GDPR Compliant)

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time via the [Mine - Account Security - Delete Account] function within the App. Once you confirm the deletion, we will completely erase all your personal information, device binding records, and brainwave history data in the cloud, and it will be unrecoverable.
